Remembering a Hometown Hero (Dad)

My Dad passed away last Monday.  He was 92 years old and married to my Mom for 68 years.  There were many notes of admiration and comfort from local towns folks who knew him.  The family loved this one:

"Mr. Reeves lived as a hero among us for nearly a century.  A decorated World War II veteran and a family man who owned and operated a prominent local business for decades."

Read the newspaper obituary in the  Cumberland Evening Times.   Thank you for all the prayers.
