We were thrilled when Chris took us to the Delaware shore on our Christmas visit to Newark.

Cindy Gay: I am married to Bob Gay, a retired photojournalist. We have 2 sons, Greg & Chris. Greg's lovely wife is Michelle. I am a Dietitian, retired from my job in healthcare where I created the Healthy Cafe. I love to scrapbook and create healthy meals.
