What are my favorite things to create?
I love to commemorate happy times with family by taking pictures and putting them in a layout or album to remember. 
I love to create.
As a registered dietitian and healthy food expert, I love to create healthy recipes and meals.

What am I working on right now?
This was Independence Day Weekend.
On Friday, we rode in the Parade (when I threw healthy snacks to the kids from the antique fire truck)

On Saturday, we conducted a culinary demo at the Farmer's Market

Sunday, Bob and I picnicked at Morris Park

How long does it take me to create?
I create all the time, so most projects take one day.

Talk about your creating process:
For pages, I choose my favorite pictures, diagram placement, then choose papers and elements.  Bob helps me determine a title.
For meals, I follow the MyPlate plan, making meals with whole foods and healthy ingredients.
