For 3 days in July, 1863, 2 great armies collided on the fields at Gettysburg. 155 years later, there are still living trees that stood witness to the Civil War battles. We've visited Gettysburg many times and always stand in reverence to the preservation of the historical events here.
We stayed here for our 42nd anniversary for 2 nights and our motel upgraded us to a suite. We enjoyed excellent meals and travel through pretty apple country. 2018

My parents took us there a few times when we were children. I visited once as an adult with my husband. I love your wonderful and enlightening page.
