"Jocko" is a familiar figure on the streets of Westernport, standing watch over the butter, eggs and other farm produce which Pagenhart delivers from door to door. Although the midget watchman begs food, particularly cakes and bananas, his owner says he will not touch anything left in his care on the truck. Pagenhart bought "Jocko" two years ago in Florida.
