Together 2018

Bob said this is his idea of a perfect Thanksgiving at home, enjoying the meal with his kids.  Chris brought his young dog Hank who warmed up to Greg & Michelle and enjoyed carving, play time and walks with Bob.  We'd both worked for our fresh turkey which was the best ever!

Fresh Farm Sampling

For 4 years Bob and I have provided monthly samplings at the local Farmers Market.  I incorporated meat or poultry, seasonal produce and grains into my samplings giving the customer a taste of the entire market and a model for nutrient dense meals to make at home.  I couldn't have done it without Bob-transporting all the supplies to serve 220 customers is heavy and he had the charisma to draw people in.  Customers and children enjoyed the sampling and eagerly returned to our table.  Our sponsor, the Hardesty family of Working H Farm, became our friends.  Other farmers were eager to donate.  I have never seen people work so hard.  Dietetic students and colleagues assisted to serving and promoted our work there.  These are memories I will remember.

October Cards

My former colleague Mike celebrates an October birthday.  I always enjoyed talking to Mike.  He is a dog lover.

Diana and I worked at the hospital together for 30 years.  She's still working, a talented lady who gives her all.  This is my birthday card for her:
