For the top border, I mixed modeling paste with a touch of acrylic paint.
I then spread it over the Tim Holtz mask adhered to a dark green background.
and carefully lifted the mask from the paper.
When the paste was dry, I cut around the best impressions.
I stamped onto the dried paste with a darker turquoise color.
I pieced together several cuttings for my finished product.
