Spring Fever

It's a beautiful sunny weekend in Morgantown.  We turned our clocks ahead one hour.  Today I'm going to wash my car! The official start of Spring is in less than 2 weeks.

This picture was taken during our February vacation when we drove through Middleton Virginia along Rt. 11.  We saw a sign for a fort and didn't find it.  But we did find this beautiful orchard and a very peaceful scene.  The trees were dormant, the sky a brilliant blue and there was a stillness in the air.  We donned our winter wraps and took it all in..........

While I didn't hear or see birds that day, I thought it appropriate to put the darling little Recollections birds on the "Spring Fever" layout to go along with the theme.

We're still enjoying our winter birds here in West Virginia today!  There really is beauty in every season though the sun has it's healing effects!

Love the masking! Pretty page! I love to hear the sing of the birds, too. I have a Guava tree on my yard and every morning(6 AM) a bunch of little birds come to eat the guavas and they sing so beautiful, Although they don't leave a fruit for me..lol
Take care my friend! hugs! ;)

Fantastic work on the layout is the blue background a misted template? I love the wood birds too! I hope your car is still sparkly usually here right after you think to wash your car it rains and ruins it! We have subtle hints of spring today and its nice!

What a gorgeous sky! It's been nice over here too, but unfortunately my little one has been sick so we've been stuck indoors. Your layout is beautiful too. I really like the paper and wooden birds.

What a lovely page! We are definitely longing for Spring here too. The sun is starting to warm us up here in Louisiana and it's tempting to go outside and soak it all up like a lizard on a rock. I hate Winter! LOL
